Divisional Updates

Industrial Refrigeration | Commercial HVAC| JAX Refrigeration | Logo

Summer is coming and it’s time to check your chillers for scale and leaks. A properly maintained chiller in a process plant can mean less downtime and more production. If you need a new chiller, JAX Refrigeration can size, source, install and start up the complete package, including process connections and piping.

Time to get your A/C system ready for the summer heat. Call now for special pricing on cleaning, tune-ups and filters. Most importantly, remember to change your air filters monthly. A dirty filter can restrict airflow of your unit and that will cost you on your electric bill. Remember to clean around your air vents and return air grills to make sure they’re not blocked by furniture, carpeting and drapes.

Less is more. A CO2 design from MEAS-JAX has smaller components and a lower procurement cost. As a natural refrigerant, CO2 is environmentally friendly. Reducing your NH3 charge and regulatory requirements means more to your bottom line.

Vapor leaks are costly to fix. Get your building installed correctly and vapor-tight. JAXCool recently completed a bread room for an Orlando based food company.

April 29 marked the one-year anniversary of RHVACS joining the JAX team! When air conditioning units are providing outside air for your restaurant, the thermostat fan settings must be set to the “on” position, not the “auto” position, in order to maintain a positive pressure during operating hours.
