Just 37 years old and blind from a rare degenerative disease of the retina, called retinitis pigmentosa, Issac Lidsky shared his thoughts on the famous Helen Keller quote, as well as his own insight, experience and inspiration during his Jacksonville appearance on May 22.
Lidsky spoke to a full crowd at Intuition Ale Works about his memories on television and his New York Times Bestseller, “Eyes Wide Open”. All those in attendance received a copy of the book and Lidsky held a book signing at the end of the event.
